My journey didn't start the usual way, but took me through various stages — from working as a kindergarten teacher to becoming a manager in the digital sector.
This variety of experiences has shown me how important it is to put humanity at the center of everything we do, no matter in which industry we work. As an “ambassador of emotions” (stern) and author of the book “MitGefüh- - Why emotions are essential for the workplace”, I firmly believe that empathy is the driving force that connects us and leads us to greater success — in professional life and beyond. My goal is to create work environments in which people feel seen, heard and valued and teams are more successful as a result.

For my unconventional career path and commitment, I was honored, among other things, as one of the “25 women who are revolutionizing our economy,” was elected HR Influencer 2024 and was named one of the “100 Women of the Year” by FOCUS in 2020. I am also a proud recipient of the Digital Female Leader Award, the Pathfinder Award and the PROUT Executive 2023.
