I am Magdalena Rogl, a passionate advocate for emotional intelligence, diversity and inclusion.

My journey didn't start the usual way, but took me through various stages — from working as a kindergarten teacher to becoming a manager in the digital sector.

This variety of experiences has shown me how important it is to put humanity at the center of everything we do, no matter in which industry we work. As an “ambassador of emotions” (stern) and author of the book “MitGefüh- - Why emotions are essential for the workplace”, I firmly believe that empathy is the driving force that connects us and leads us to greater success — in professional life and beyond. My goal is to create work environments in which people feel seen, heard and valued and teams are more successful as a result.
Mein Ziel ist es, Arbeitsumgebungen zu schaffen, in denen Menschen sich gesehen, gehört und wertgeschätzt fühlt und Teams dadurch erfolgreicher sind.

With over 15 years of experience in the business world, I am committed to ensuring that diversity and inclusion are not just words on paper, but living principles that make real change.

Through lectures, workshops and publications, I share my knowledge and passion to encourage other people to take steps towards a sustainable working world.

I am convinced that together we can create a working world that is not only successful, but also human — a world in which empathy, emotional intelligence and leadership go hand in hand to make positive changes. For my unconventional career path and commitment, I was honored, among other things, as one of the “25 women who are revolutionizing our economy,” was elected HR Influencer 2024 and was named one of the “100 Women of the Year” by FOCUS in 2020. I am also a proud recipient of the Digital Female Leader Award, the Pathfinder Award and the PROUT Executive 2023.
Für meinen unkonventionellen Karriereweg und mein Engagement wurde ich unter anderem als eine der "25 Frauen, die unsere Wirtschaft revolutionieren" ausgezeichnet, wurde zur HR Influencerin 2024 gewählt und von FOCUS als eine der "100 Frauen des Jahres 2020" benannt. Darüber hinaus bin ich stolze Trägerin des Digital Female Leader Award, des Pathfinder Award und des PROUT Executive 2023.
